Due to continued growth, we are looking for a trade qualified Electrician to join our Logistics Team in our Workshop in Paget, Mackay.
If you are looking for that unique town based role Mon - Fri with the possibility of site work then this is the role for you.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Inspection, testing and repairs of internal assets, such as Welders and Generators
- Electrical installations
- Forklift operations
- Test and Tagging
Successful candidate will have:
- Sound knowledge and understanding of AS3000
- Previous experience in a similar working environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and be able to deliver results
- Have the ability to problem solve and be an effective communicator
- Be a front runner in promoting Health and Safety
Suitable candidates will have:
- QLD Electrical Licence
- LVR /CPR
- Relevant Trade Qualification
- Current Drivers Licence (HR licence highly desirable)
- High Risk Work Licence – Forklift
- High Risk Work Licence – Dogman or Basic Rigger
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space (desirable)
